Houda Soltani Gasmi is Assistant Professor of
Economics at ISSTE Bor Cedria,
University of Carthage, Tunisia; Research Fellow at LEGI - Tunisia Polytechnic
School, University of Carthage, Tunisia;
She received her
master degree in industrial dynamics and her Ph.D in economics from Panthéon-Assas University, France.
Her main research
interest is in the area of Digital economy, mainly in "two sided
markets" and network externalities issues. Her work spans modelisation, empirical and policy analysis. She is
particularly interested in competition and/or cooperation in R&D
between the both sides of the complementary markets and the impact of price structure
policy on social welfare.
